Local Coffeehouse - Houndstooth Coffee, Austin, Texas

Houndstooth Coffee, is located on North Lamar in downtown Austin, Texas. Inside the glass building you'll find high ceilings and a warehouse feel, complete with exposed concrete and wood accents that add to its charm.

When I stopped in, the song "Promises of Fertility" by Huerco S., set the mood for a relaxing coffee experience. I ordered an Almond milk flat white which is always great here.

If you're hungry, order up some of Austin's favorite Taco Deli Tacos or if you want something else they have fancy chocolate and granola bars.

Houndstooth sells Tweed Coffee, sourced from a roastery in Dallas. I picked up a bag for home because I love the flavor so much - however, I wish they had an organic variety for sale at Houndstooth.
