A Coffee Etc. shop is a coffee shop that also has something else going on. Examples include coffee shops with retail shops or service offerings. These could include coffee + vintage shops, coffee + barber shops, or even coffee + oil change spots.

Brunch 

These are the coffee shops that have legit full plate breakfasts and they usually have well stocked bars.
