Local Coffeehouse - Hustle Blendz - Fort Worth
Hustle Blendz is located at 120 Saint Louis Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas. We start with this because Apple Maps will take you to an essentially abandoned shipping container park and we do not want you to miss out on the community and delicious cold brew that Hustle Blendz is so well-known for.
Hustle Blendz was started by a husband and wife team, Patrice & Tweety Angwenyi, and they are passionate about coffee AND building a communal space for people to meet and dream. I visited on a Saturday and was enamored with a local group of women doing handicrafts while they cut up and filled the shop with joy and laughter. Other people were hanging out and chatting, and a few of us suckers were working, but it had a really positive energy and a lot of that was due to my barista and Tweety who were working the counter.
The vibe is urban with black walls, gold accents, and a ton of tall windows. It's in a unique little neighborhood with a bunch of small businesses including a few design shops, international groceries, and a dope record shop called Record Town, which is unbelievably well-curated and has a timelessness about it that is hard to describe.
